Yes, they receive the PDF in your normal WhatsApp chat, so they can reply with questions, ask for changes, or confirm acceptance right there in the conversation.

What does the customer see?

They receive a WhatsApp message with a link to your branded PDF quote. They tap it, it opens in their browser. They see your logo, itemised pricing, registration details, and can accept online or call you to discuss.

Can I send quotes via email too?

Yes. QuoteFlow supports email sharing and direct PDF download as well. But for Irish tradespeople, WhatsApp is where the conversations happen.
